I really like how this photo turned out from back in March 2024. I was just hanging out at home in the loft, enjoying a quiet afternoon on the couch. I decided to throw on a blazer over my favorite black t-shirt because it felt like the right look for the day—not too fancy, but still sharp. The brick walls and the warm lights in the background always make this place feel so welcoming and calm. It was one of those times where I felt really relaxed and at peace in my own space. Looking at this picture now reminds me of how much I enjoy the simple comfort of home and a good, quiet moment to myself.

We are finishing up our Wildwood winter series with these two photos. It was absolutely freezing out by the fence, but the trees looked incredible all covered in ice. I had the right idea, though, and found a cozy blanket to wrap up in while sitting on the porch swing by the cabin. It was just a really peaceful, quiet day to be outside with Joey and enjoy the winter views.

Sometimes the absolute best plans are just staying inside at home. Joey and I were just hanging out at our house in Wentzville back in 2022, relaxing in the living room. The sun was shining through the windows just right, and even our sweet dog wanted to get in on the photo with us. It is always so nice to have these quiet, comfortable moments captured forever.

Celebrating Thanksgiving is always great, but the relaxing downtime afterwards is pretty nice too! I took a quick minute to just chill and snap a relaxed selfie during our 2021 holiday trip to Dresden, Tennessee. It was the perfect quiet moment to wrap up the holiday vibes before heading back home.
